Ruckr comes from an inclusive community rugby club. It brings the team sheet, subs, committee jobs and club website together, so the work can be shared by the people already giving their evenings and weekends to rugby.

Club roles overlap. People hand over at the AGM. Someone has to get the kit washed. Ruckr keeps those jobs and records in reach of the people doing the work.

Wear more than one hat
You might play on Saturday, coach on Sunday and collect the subs. Move between those roles in the same account, with the information each job needs.
Use it at the ground
Take attendance and record the match even when reception drops. Saved records sync when you reconnect, and the emergency plan is available offline.
Use the name you go by
Your teammates see the name you use around the club. Where a governing body needs a registration name, authorised officers can keep that separately. Each member chooses whether to have a public profile on the club website.

Club access doesn’t mean access to everything
The team manager, treasurer and welfare lead have different jobs. Their access reflects that, and members choose what the public can see.
Your club keeps its records
Your club owns its records and can export them. Membership and medical records are stored in the UK; photos and video are stored in the EU. Our privacy information explains how each is handled.
Medical details have their own access
A coach can check whether someone is available without seeing a diagnosis. Medical and welfare records are restricted to the people authorised to look after them.
People decide what gets shared
Members choose whether to appear publicly. Officers see what their club role allows. Suggested messages need a person’s approval before they’re sent.
If your club leaves Ruckr, its records stay readable and exportable for 90 days. Welfare, safeguarding and emergency tools remain available to your club’s people. Read about cancellation and your club’s data.
An app for members, a desk for the committee, a website for the club

Bring the records you already have.
Import from Spond, Pitchero, Teamer or a spreadsheet. Review likely duplicate members before confirming the import, then invite the people who need access. Setup and billing help are included, so your secretary doesn’t have to work out the move alone.
