Your club. Your information. Clear responsibilities.
Ruckr provides the tools and protects the service. Clubs decide how they run their rugby and use their club records. These documents explain each party’s duties, the choices members have and what happens when information is shared.

The right place for your question
Your club’s records and decisions
Contact the club about membership, its privacy notice, consent choices, event terms or a purchase. Reading a notice is not blanket consent, and a club’s policy cannot remove your legal rights.
Ruckr’s service and accounts
Contact [email protected] about the platform, a service account or these documents. We aim to reply within two working days. Do not wait for a support reply in an emergency.
Ruckr support is not an emergency or safeguarding response service. If someone is in immediate danger, call 999 or 112. Otherwise contact your club’s safeguarding lead, the relevant governing body or local safeguarding services. If the concern involves the club lead, use an independent route.
