Put the meet time with the fixture
Publish the meet time, kit, pitch and travel plan once. Members can check the app or calendar; share a plain-text copy with anyone still moving across.
Put a name against the job
Turn “can someone bring the cones?” into a task with a name and date. The volunteer gets it on their list, and the manager can check progress from the fixture.
Find cover when you’re a player short
Post an approved callout for open places. Keep replies, the match conversation and plans for afterwards with the fixture and team group.
