These rates include processing and Ruckr’s fee. They’re separate from your club subscription and deducted when you collect a payment.

Do we pay extra to use Ruckr Pay?
Ruckr Pay is included in both club plans. There’s no additional monthly fee for payments. Transaction fees apply when you collect a payment, including during your club’s free trial. Standard scheduled payouts to your bank are free.
Can members spread the cost of their subs?
Yes. Offer an instalment plan for membership fees, so members can pay through the season. Your club can also choose to offer Klarna, with a minimum payment if you want one. Klarna has a higher transaction fee, shown above. Your club doesn’t add a fee for choosing Klarna.
Can we help a family who’s struggling to pay?
You can arrange a payment plan, reduce a fee or waive it. Fee-support requests are kept private for the people in your club who need to handle them.
Can we add a service charge to just some payments?
No. Choose one service-charge rate of up to 2% + 20p for the club’s payments, or leave it off entirely. It applies however someone pays, and never to a hire deposit or a sponsorship. The charge is shown before anyone pays and helps offset transaction costs; your club covers any remainder.
Where does the money go?
Payments are collected for your club and paid out to its bank account. Your treasurer can see the payment records, fees and payouts in Ruckr, with refunds and dispute management alongside them.
What happens if we refund a payment?
You can make full or partial refunds. The processing fee isn’t returned on a refund; Ruckr’s 0.5% is returned in proportion to the amount refunded, and both show in the payment records. The club’s refund obligations to the payer still apply.
