01About this website
Ruckr Rugby operates this website to explain the service and help clubs find the relevant information. Contact [email protected] about these terms. The product terms apply to the app and club service; browsing this website does not accept a club’s policies for you.
These website terms do not replace mandatory consumer, privacy or other legal rights. Ruckr is responsible for its own service and statements; clubs are responsible for the activities, policies and sales they organise.
02Product information and examples
Illustrations use example clubs, people, payments and results. They are product demonstrations, not testimonials or a promise of a particular result for your club. Features described as coming soon are not currently available merely because they are illustrated.
Clubs can start a web trial; mobile stores are described as launching for 2027/28. Check the current plan, fee and feature information before subscribing. We aim to keep it accurate and will correct errors brought to our attention.
03Trials, prices and payments
The signup page confirms the club’s plan, billing period and payment details. The advertised trial is 30 days, with subscription billing after the trial unless cancelled before it ends. Transaction fees apply to club payments collected during the trial. Asking for help or requesting updates does not itself start a paid subscription.
See club pricing, combined payment fees and the Ruckr Pay agreement. The named club is the merchant for its own memberships, goods and events; its sale and refund terms must be explained separately.
04Content, links and permitted use
Ruckr and its licensors retain rights in the website’s design and original material. You may browse, link to the pages and share links for legitimate purposes. Do not copy material commercially without permission, misrepresent an affiliation, interfere with the service or attempt unauthorised access.
External links help explain providers or official guidance. The destination controls its own content and privacy arrangements. A link does not mean Ruckr endorses every statement or accepts responsibility for that provider’s independent service.
05Privacy, safety and contact
The website privacy notice explains hosting, forms and updates. Do not put confidential member data in a general enquiry. Ruckr support is not an emergency or safeguarding response service. If someone is in immediate danger, call 999 or 112. Otherwise contact your club’s safeguarding lead, the relevant governing body or local safeguarding services. If the concern involves the club lead, use an independent route.
Contact us about a broken page or inaccurate statement. These terms use the law of England and Wales, without removing any mandatory protection or court rights available to an individual where they live. A later edit does not retrospectively change a transaction or consent already recorded.
