Check a sponsor’s website appearances, match-day activity and member offers against their package. If something is still owed, your committee can pick it up before the agreement ends. The record stays with the club when the sponsorship volunteer changes.
The sponsor’s own portal shows upcoming placements, their logo and artwork kit, and the exposure report. They can check what’s happening between committee catch-ups.

Write down what’s included
Save the package, price, dates and each agreed benefit against the sponsor. Collect the package payment in Ruckr, or record a payment made outside it, so your existing sponsors can carry on paying as agreed.
Keep the next job in view
Find the right logo, check where it’s due to appear and tick off what’s been delivered. The next volunteer can pick up the website slot or match-day graphic from the club’s record.
Bring the season’s record
Show where the sponsor appeared, how often members used an offer and which benefits are still due. Use the report for a mid-season catch-up or next year’s agreement.
Help members use the offers sponsors put up.
Put a sponsor’s discount or offer beside the club updates members already read. They show a till code or QR when they visit. For members-only offers, a live club pass lets the business check that membership is current.
Sponsors get counts. Member details stay private.
Reports count sponsor appearances and offers used. They don’t hand over a list of members’ names. Your club approves what appears in its app, website and match-day material; welfare, medical, safeguarding and fee-support pages carry no sponsor placements.
