Yes. Memberships, match day, coaching, welfare, the club website, tournaments, sponsorship and every other feature shown here are included in both plans. The price changes only with the number of teams that play fixtures. Ruckr Pay transaction fees are separate from your club subscription.
No. Your club pays the subscription. You don’t pay per player, parent, coach or volunteer, and supporters and visiting tournament players can use Ruckr for free. Any membership, entry or match fees your club sets are still payable to your club.
Yes. We help bring your records across from Spond, Pitchero, Teamer or a spreadsheet, and help you set up billing. That help is included. Email [email protected] and we’ll work through the move with you.
Monthly billing is £29 or £39 after your trial. Yearly billing is £290 or £390, paid upfront after the trial: twelve months for the price of ten. All prices include VAT. Pay by card, either a club card or a card belonging to someone paying on the club’s behalf; the invoices are your club’s.
Yes. You can cancel in Billing to stop your subscription renewing. Monthly plans have no annual commitment; yearly plans are paid upfront. If you’re still in your free trial, cancel before it ends and you won’t be charged for the subscription.
Your club does, and you can export it at any time. If your subscription ends, records remain readable and exportable for 90 days before moving to archive under your retention policy. Welfare, safeguarding and emergency tools remain available to the people in your club.
